The Whitelands Ballroom at Hyde Park Rooms, an empty heritage ballroom set for a private dinner.

Bayswater Road · Established 2009

London's most distinguished private townhouse address.

Eight heritage rooms on a single private floor of a Grade II-listed townhouse, moments from Hyde Park — staged for boardrooms, private dining, and the events that matter.

The Collection

Eight rooms, one private floor.

From the twelve-seat Cromwell Boardroom to the two-hundred-and-twenty-guest Whitelands Ballroom, every room is entered through the same quiet lobby — and every booking is held by a single dedicated event director.

In-House Catering

Two Michelin Bib Gourmand awards. Six executive chefs. Sixty miles.

Every menu is built from scratch by the in-house chef brigade — never outsourced, never a third-party caterer in a hired van. Produce is sourced from named farms within sixty miles of London, and the kitchen has held two Michelin Bib Gourmand awards for the private dining menu in 2022 and 2024.

  • Dedicated executive chef assigned to each booking, with a tasting held in this room before the event.
  • Diets, allergens, and faith requirements briefed once, then held on file for every returning client.
  • Wine list curated by a resident sommelier, with cellar pairings available for tasting menus above twelve covers.

A Returning Client

"We have held our annual board off-site at Hyde Park Rooms for six years running. There is no sales team to navigate, no surprise line items — just one event director who knows our list, our diets, and our chairman's preference for the room on the third floor."
